But the problem is, no one should have been standing IN FRONT of the car in the first place - sorry, that was just "plum stupid." And if they weren't standing in front, there was no justification to shoot the guy. He was a good case of good riddance, I agree, but it was still a FU from beginning to end on that one. (What about the rule of securing the stolen car BEFORE you make contact with the suspect?)
