Good luck to him. After 21 years of service, ANY officer deserves to retire/move on/move up. While I agree with most criticizm of the Mayor and the Police Chief, there are some people that take the negative attitude waaay to far. Too many people on this site whine about their C.O.'s forgetting where they came from.
