IUS hires Louisville's Edelen as police chief

That is pretty lame. Edelen has advanced through the ranks and made a career change/advancement and you want to harass him about it? Then someone posts a possitive comment about him and you want to get on him too?

I served with Edelen in the 223rd MP Company during many years of deployments both home and abroad including Dessert Storm. He is a damn good guy and doesn't deserve the likes of you putting him or anyone else down.

For heavens sake it seems that some of you thrive on fear and depression. I have been a police supporter all my life but wh do you feel the need to backstab each other? I am not talking about the Hollingsworth case I am talking about a good guy that got promoted and has retired and gotten a good job with IUS?
