The article in the CJ was interesting today. They treated him well but were still critical of this call. What was interesting is that they left out the part about lay offs that are occuring because of his mismanagement. It isn't just not filling positions that are vacant and furlough days, but he is laying off civillian employees. Yet he can create overpaid positions for his cronies and give them monies they are not entitled to by policy. Let's get this straight, neither one retired on an emergency
