Since this is the first time they have admitted that Jerry was personal counsel for John Y Brown and Brashear was attorney general I suggest that everyone read the Bluegrass Conspiracy. It does not mention either one by name or allegation but shows clearly what kind of system they worked in. It also has some insight into their plans for Kentucky and the people who work for the state or local governments.
