Cordish is offended that county government is actually sending people to look at their expenditures on the $950,000 gift Jerry gave them. They are basically saying that the Galleria was vacant and falling down untill they put on their Underdog costume and saved the day. They think this community would still be old, poor, and black if they didnt rebuild it. However, I have learned that something that smelled like s h i t a week ago will only smell like worse s h i t now. So dont expect anything back
