Beshear really wants those casinos, so how better than to get in bed with King Maximus Craniumus. *Kentuckys governors have never been invlved in any illegal like cocaine smuggling so why would we assume that those two will be getting major kickbacks from the Cordish mob. Beshear needs Jerry to get in with Cordish, and Cordish won't deal with Beshear unless their mole (Jerry) gets a promotion. What better than to have an insider at the state level that basically does nothing on a day to day basis except come up with ideas on how to swindle as much cash as possible out of the state coffers. Jerry depleted county and city funds. Wait till his head starts spinning when he sees what the State can offer. Once again we are on the fast track to disaster.

Looks like Beshear just conceded that he won't deal with labor organizations. That is why America is heading for the sewer. Those in power dont give a rat s h i t about the hard workin man or woman. Its all about how much wealth they can steal legally while families go broke and crime runs rampant. People are left to fend for themselves like savages because there is no hope.

Remember that once another candidate applies and the deadline is over to file for Metro Mayor in January, that is when we are safe knowing he will really be gone. Also that is when he will be the most dangerous because he has nothing to lose.

At that point is when everyonein the state needs to campaign hard against Brashear. Remember Brashear is responsible for the changes in the pension system and why our new guys have to serve 25 years and out instead of 20. He is also responsible for being a weak goevernor that has done nothing to improve anything in the state. Still no bridges....Still a huge deficit..... Still horribly behind in education.

I cant believe that the first five or so posters are happy to see Jerry is going to Frankfort. Are you people stupid? We do not want him in any form of government anywhere! Now, if Gov. Beshear wins re-election, Jerry will bankrupt the entire state instead of just one city in the state. Not very intellegant statements. Lets just pray that the governor doesnt win re-election. I personnally dont think he will. He has done nothing for this state during his first term and the entire population outside Jefferson County hates Louisville. he has said he will finish out his term here in Lousiville but travel the state to see everyone else. I think we need to watch him and see how he pays his security for all the travel. If he is going on a political campaing I don't think he can bill the taxpayers for his security.

Does anyone see the big picture.How much of our money given to Cordish will fund Jerry's campaign? Jerry leaves to Franfort the Puppet Tandy takes his spot still under Jerry's thumb. Casino gambling passes with Jerry in state office. A casino built by cordish occupies the water company Cordish gets rich. . How much money does Cordish give to Jerry's campaign and lobbyist in Kentucky to ensure this happens? I predict Jerry leaves before his Term is up ensuring Tandy a seat. Tandy is going to run on a platform of cleaning up spending ie. going to Cordish for spending answers only to do the same thing, lets not forget he learned from the great crook Jerry.

Now I know the reason for some of the 'forgettable" loans to Cordish. I know Jerry gave away tons of taxpayer's money to 'Slime-ish", but now I am thinking that cranius maximus was using them to launder some money for his campaigning as well. Think about it. It is so easy for Jerry the (insert expletive of choice here) to give Cordish YOUR MONEY in the form of a forgivable loan (free gift) and then for Cordish to make whopping campaign contributions to Mongo Mellon and Bra-strap-shear. It is so easy for him. No one will investigate it. No one will care. Have you not seen Jerry get away with everything you can think of ?(and some things you really don't want to think of - poopypecker) Jerry has been scheming on how to swindle people out of their money since he was just a little dingleberry stuck on a bum's pubes. Thank the Heavens, finally the city may have a chance at redemption. First and foremostwe need a new Chief one that will get rid of the idiotic ideaologies that this one has instilled since merger that has brought free reign to the criminals. Get a command staff that will support thier troops and raise the morale,bring back street crimes,spars,etc. and start doing hard nose police work to make our city safe again. Let us have a chance to make the city safe so those who want to go to the new stadium not have the fear of being robbed or worse.Now is the time to become what this city should have been..great place to live and safe as H***. We had two great and hard charging police departments before merger, then Chief RW comes in and decides to make us a reactionary police department and deny gangs or drug problems in our city all the while putting so much policy and fear of man hunts to fire officers that we cant do our jobs effectively and the thugs know it.This could be a defining moment for RW, now that he has nothing to loose he could do an about face and show his troops he knows or remembers what it was like to do hardnosed police work.When it is time to pick a new chief, promote from within and not of any of the current command staff, ( LT's since some havent forgot how to police and still support thier troops). I hope and pray that the next mayor will show some support for the police and decide public safety should have always been #1.

I don't have a problem at all making sure Abramson doesn't get into any office in the state of KY. I hope all citizens of KY have seen the bull that we as "metro workers" have been put thru and make the same decision! He is all about Jerry and not for first responders or dispatch!! What is Beshear up to? How come no one has mentioned Beshear appointing Jerrys wife as head-chair to the board of directors for Ky. Center for Arts on Thurs. July,16? Now Jerry has been named as a Lt. Gov. nominee. HMMMM!! Smells like some monkey business. How can Madeline give quality time to the Ky. Center and handle her commitments to Cordish? Must be nice to be on 4 or 5 payrolls where you don't have to do anything except smile and cash your payroll checks from stolen taxpayers loot.

Cordish is dug in deep now. Check out on the net how deep Cordish is with Hard Rock Corp. in regards to casino development across the country. What a coincidence that we have a Hard Rock in Louisville already, Cordish is tight with Jerry, Beshear wants Jerry to assist him on a "state" level, and now Madeline works for Cordish and the city of Louisville. Wow!! They sure do cover all their bases.

Cordish is offended that county government is actually sending people to look at their expenditures on the $950,000 gift Jerry gave them. They are basically saying that the Galleria was vacant and falling down untill they put on their Underdog costume and saved the day. They think this community would still be old, poor, and black if they didnt rebuild it.

However, I have learned that something that smelled like s h i t a week ago will only smell like worse s h i t now. So dont expect anything back from Tandy and Traugber other than " Gee, shucks, golly, I guess they really did spent it all."

Since this is the first time they have admitted that Jerry was personal counsel for John Y Brown and Brashear was attorney general I suggest that everyone read the Bluegrass Conspiracy. It does not mention either one by name or allegation but shows clearly what kind of system they worked in. It also has some insight into their plans for Kentucky and the people who work for the state or local governments.

Anyone see the news report about how jerry gave johnstone and driskel (?) 20 extra days of paid vacation when they left? Our fine leader *bobbie* got $200,000 bonus for sticking around. This is all going on when we were being forced to pay for our vehicle use, others were being forced to take unpaid leave and everyone has been forced to do without in their departments or units. What a POS mayor and chief we have. They have been blaming the money problems on the working people and they are doing everything they can to get more of it. The two hirebacks need to leave. Hopefully the next administration will get rid of all the dead weight up there. Hopefully karma will catch up with them real soon.
