LMPD officer under investigation by FBI & PIU

Yeah, I meant to ask that question earlier. How is it that she gets a hardship spot on a daywork position because she needs to take care of some special needs kid she is getting paid to foster, yet while she is home sick with the kid the kid gets picked up for shoplifting. WTF????

Does nobody see the connection here? has anyone called St. Joseph's and informed them of her wonderful parenting skills?
