LOL! You would think that if he can ge so mad he goes to the Chief's Office that he could show up and answer phones somewhere. Of course nobody would be able to understand a thing he said, but at least make him come in to work soewhere.

Seriously, like someone pointed out earlier. Why doesn't the department make a policy that everyone has to see Doc Smock instead of taking these fake doctor's notes for almost a year? Let a real known and respected Doctor like Smock make a determination on whether or not he can perform light duty or full duty. It is obvious to everyone that he is milking this "Toe Injury" so make him put up or shut up. His platoon has been running short for almost a year now because this douche-bag is whinning over a toe injury.
