I have known Mike Canteen for years. I don't believe he is involved in this scandal. He is probably embarrassed because the downfall of the LMBPOA which has been in existance since 1972 went belly up and disbanded while he was their president.
Now on the other hand i do believe that he has been deliberately avoiding coming in to talk to PSU about what happened for whatever reason. It took a direct order from the Chief to get him to comply. I can't wait to see the outcome of this.
I feel sorry for the transcribers that will have to decifer his statement. WTF dude? Speak english!
