Except of course when you call in runs and officers have to be dispatched to you so you can demand that we make some guy leave so you can use the payphone ( and i'm pretty sure you had a cell phone too),when you could have easily just walked into the district less than 30 yrds away...hhhhmmmmmmm.....no no, nothing going on there.
