yea, she is nortorious for alway's being late for inservice class!!! I think honestly she does it on purpose because she has no respect for anyone, and she is under the impression that she is Jackie Hollingsworth and Jackie Hollingsworth can do what she wants to do, lol. And her talking on her phone during class--so typical of Jackie. Honestly would you expect any less from her, lmao. She is just taking up space on this dept that a good officer wants.
