The FOP (FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE) in case you forgot what it means jackie is much more than a bargaining unit. It is a Fraternal Organization. It is a Brother and Sisterhood that as one part bargains for our contracts.

They represent the majority of the Officers on our department. There are onlya couple that are not members. It isn't up to the president, it is up to the members to decide when one person soes somethng so egrigious that it brings shame on our organization as a whole.
