I have to concur that White's failure to act has approached the boundries of criminality. He is the judge and jury in this case. The prosecution has presented their case and he is not making a ruling. Sounds like he and Barry Willett should start a practice together. Seriously, I am amazed on how there is no response at all regarding this matter from the Chief's office. Not that he has ever cared about the moral of the officers, but you would think that such an article would deem some type of response
