LOL they had to learn that from Jackie. And yes i agree the Chief is definately decieving the public with Comp Stat, that to me is a plain lie to the public, ive had to do that when there has been a couple car break in's at a garage or parking lot, one report number, and the other's broke into you list on the report as involved other, and no matter if you had 100 car's broke into in comp stat it will just show one car break in and not 100. Wonder if they do that for Murder's also???????? this city
