Excellent point. There is huge story ther for any reporter to follow up on. WHy is the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office not prosecuting? Why are they setting standards in this case( specifically having every victim come in and produce evidence and state they will testify) All his demands are unheard of in criminal cases. Secondly why hasn't the Chief's Office issued a statement or more importantly done anything about this obviously crooked officer?
