City says it shouldn't pay for officer's fatal wreck

Words of wisdom from someone who's "Been there, done that".

I was with you until you decided that only a fellow officer needing help was worthy of lights and siren. It should be equal, for any person needing emergency help. I agree that accidents are going anywhere, but to limit it to other cops is selfish at best.

Thank you for your post - you are absolutely correct. It does no one a lick of good if you have a wreck on the way to the scene.
