City says it shouldn't pay for officer's fatal wreck

"Your delusional thoughts that we enjoy violence and mistreating the

public are ignorant at best and serve no good purpose but to reveal

your true lack of mental health."

While I disagree with the assertion that you enjoy violence, you damn sure do mistreat the public, as has been evidenced many times before.
