You missed the point. You obviously don't like the "paid" administrative leave part. That is contractual. Nobody was defending him. In my personal opinion he is done. Put a fork in him. Alas it doesn't lie to me to make that decision. This is America and you are innocent until proven guilty. The idea behind paid administrative leave it just that. While the case is being investigated the department is not going to jump the gun. It is being investigated and the findings wil be made public. I look
