First off, I'm not defending anyone here. I don't even know the man in question; never met him, likely never will.

But, according to you, it's OK for me to lose my home, my car, and everything I own because I "might" be guilty of a crime? You're OK with my kids sleeping in the streets because of what might very well be false accusations? Thankfully, we have the whole "due process" thing.

According to your retarded logic (because that's all you ever display), your CDL should be revoked if you get a speeding ticket, charged with reckless driving, DUI, or any other driving offense. Let's go a step further. You should be taken off the street for ANY alleged crime, because after all, you MIGHT be guilty. Can't have someone who might possibly be addicted to drugs driving a semi cross country, right? Oh wait..you're NOT a drug user, and that pot that was found in your rig really was from your lot lizard girlfriend last night? Well, Ok, that's cool. You're still gonna have to be suspended for having a prostitute in your truck. Your judgement is obviously so far gone that since you paid for sex, you can't be trusted to drive such a potentially dangerous vehicle across the country.

Or maybe the above has nothing to do with your job, and you shouldn't be punished for things like that, especially prior to being convicted. Not everyone in jail is guilty, you know.
