Indiana doesn't have a wanton endangerment statute. Actually, I don't think there is a statute in Indiana law that would apply to the friends dropping him off in the street instead of at home. I do agree that the investigation is on the wrong person. The officer is not the one who committed a crime, the attorney is. If the city officers didn't arrest him because he is the city attorney, then they should have called an outside agency, like maybe the State Police, who have no real ties with the city,
