Yeah he did nothing wrong bull crap if that was me i would of been charged with trespassing and public intoxication he should go to jail great job to the officer or officers who took the pic there is no legal action he can take he should get fined the officer can not get into any trouble and if so I WOULD SUE OSCAR the GROUCH for infringment of the officers rights......fire the ******** mayor.......
