You should take that piece of paper to the attorney that sued the school, that went to the Supreme Court, I think he would be very interested in the last reason stated. If I'm not mistaken that is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled on. I thought the whole point was that it didn't matter what the "desire" of the school board had about diversity. You should REALLY contact him and see what he thinks about that last reason they gave.
