Aside from weather conditions or other indirect conditions, I too often wonder how a vehicle can rearend another, but the funny thing is, passenger cars are 2.7 times more likely to rearend the back of a semi, than a truck is likely to rearend a car. Figure in the size difference and you wonder just what in the hell those passenger cars COULD be doing?
