I didnt repeat the dirty jokes that other kids told at recess, to my parents at the dinner table. That was discretion also. Different definitions apply to different circumstances. I chose the definition that was applicable to the situation, and it still fits.

As to the questioning of my grammar, what can I say, wow, I guess you got me. Youve found out that I leave out some caps and apostrophes. Funny, since it seems it isthe same person, that you negate to mention the fact that YOU tried to make the "intelligence" reference first, stating that AND I QUOTE, "your stupid."

Now, do I think youre stupid because you apparently dont know that you are is a contraction you're? Or do I think that in your haste to try to prop your failed argument up you simply made a typo? I dont know, and frankly dont care. When you cant take the argument head on, and instead have to try and attack a typo or two or three, then it shows the desperation of your point.

The point I made about discretion stands, when you make the decision ahead of time, it isnt discretion in action, it is using the badge as intimidation.
