Tis good to have a voice of reason, and I am happy for you and your family that you made it back safely.

He's right, we have enough image problems without officers driving so fast they're sucking the paint off of peoples cars, everybody is in a big hurry to get to roll call and then sit there for no reason. "hurry up and wait" I mean really what is the big hurry to get to division so you can sit in the roll call room longer. I know some things we do the public just doesn't understand and that's just the way it is, but to speed just because you can and tick off some decent tax payer who may even be a hard core police supporter, we need all the support we can get. I would rather have the public behind us come contract negotiation time than have them ******** off over inconsiderate officers.
