Ok buddy boy...I never said I agree with anything someone says to you. Not sure where you get that from. You are now making things up about me to try to make me look bad. When we spoke I believe I told you then that I dont agree with or condone the things that people say to you. You do have your moments of name calling too. Thats why I bashed ALL banter back and forth. This will be my last post because I am not like the image you make most cops to be like. When I rode a beat I protected it and would have given my life to keep it safe. YOu apparently think most cops are crooks who abuse the badge. WE GET RID OF THOSE GUYS or have you missed the news in the last 10 years? I dont call myself a hero but I too know that I do things most people would only do in a wet dream. No matter what someone says you will find some great fact to say that you are still better than everyone and WE are all crooks. Reread some of my posts. I dont agree with what some cops do! LEt me say that again so it is crystal clear... I dont agree with what some cops do! Truckers dont rule the world and neither do cops. I dont think I am better than any other law abiding citizen on Gods green earth. Figures too that instead of thinking of ANYONE that gave the ultimate sacrifice (Mainly Military, but including Police, fireman ...whoever) you would try to turn it around and want me to think of those who 'claim to risk it all on a daily basis'...there is no claim...95% of policemen do put it on the line everyday making sure some of the criminals are punished for what they do to the innocent. But you dont care about those guys...you just worry about the few that tarnish the badge. Whatever makes you happy buddy. It is definately your right to say whatever makes you feel better!

To clarify...I only HATE 4 people in this world...I promise that you are nowhere near joining that short list!

Try to take it easy on me in your reply. I am kind of sensitive these days! I challenge you to respond without any type of bashing.

Once again....signed with my Real name,

William P!

You obviously know how to use a computer...next time you're lost and can't find the place you're looking for (poor lost soul, you), Google the business name/city, and it'll give you an address. Google maps will then give you a direct route from your current location, to the address you're searching for.

Of course, driving a 75' truck and getting lost in an urban environment is SOOO much more dangerous than running code 3 to a robbery in progress. Or, running code to a home invasion, where the suspects are still on scene and the victim managed to call 911. Hey, that happened here...I know the guy who made the run, and was forced to shoot one of the suspects. And, parking your rig in a crime infested area is totally your choice. There're plenty of well lighted truck stops available at various locations. Ignore the lot lizards, unless you're into that kind of thing, that is. Lock your doors, and don't open them for people you don't know. Seems fairly simple to me, really. But hey, you compared that to we cops do....like making runs on domestic violence incidents in the worst part of town. What's funny is, you talk about spending the night in the worst parts of certain towns.

What the hell do you think the police do? Only patrol the 5th and 8th divisions? Try hanging out with someone in the 6th (Newburg/Norfolk), 1st (downtown/Portland/part of the west end), 2nd (west end), and 4th (Americana, Smoketown, all the fun stuff just south of Broadway). Hell, ride with the folks in the 8th who patrol Berrytown or Accomack, the guys in the 3rd that butt up against Shively or any of the trailer parks out there. Point is, every single division has problem areas, even J-town (Clarksdale refugees got moved out there). It's not all flowers and sunshine. You ******** about staying the night in one of these areas, while police actually work 40+ hours a week in them.

Get over yourself.

Oh, and there was a need for police long before there was a need for truckers. If you're not familiar with history, law enforcement predates the automobile by several decades or so. Sorry to break that to you....I know everyone wants to feel important, but the point is...they're not. Yes, truckers serve an important role in society, but there's still railroads, ships, and airplanes that transport items from point A to point B. Society existed long before truckers existed...it's just history, don't be upset with it.

By the way...did you ever answer my question about what types of guns you own? I tried to find that thread, but there's been so much trolling by you, it's hard to locate now. I'm betting you don't own ANY, and just spouted off at the mouth because it sounded good at the time. Made you feel all big and stuff, right? I'd be amazed if you knew which end of the gun the bullet came out of..much less how to use the thing properly.
