JChris, I am glad to be back... I ETSed for the final time... I will miss it, but my wife decided that she was done if Uncle Sam stayed... Gotta have priorities....

To all those, JChris isn't a bad fellow... He just gets wound tight sometimes... He actually brings up many good points. We (as police) often do a horrible job of self policing in the public eye. The public doesn't see the beat partner who boxes the morons ears for being an idiot on a scene. Nor does the public witness the ridicule we heap on our own for acting inappropriately.

Remember, our marked units are targets and draw attention. Unless you are on a run that requires a rapid response, SLOW DOWN... Be safe... the citizens will wait for their report. Our number one complaint is that the citizens don't understand. The citizens number one complaint is our speeding. If I slow down, they wont complain about it...
