Ok, for all I know, you made that up, if you don't provide a city, etc. I can't find any such instance and I've looked. Under the circumstances you describe, the officers who fired were guilty of, at least, manslaughter - since you can't shoot a fleeing felon in the back except under very specific circumstances. So, if this is true, tell me what city and approximately when this allegedly happened. If you can't, I will assume it did not happen. EddieM
