Let me first start off by saying, it's about time!! Since our strong message of unity that first FOP meeting I figured we had started to back down. I have come to the realization that most officers are going to keep their cars, this like someone earlier is a preference of choice but I will say that if there is any less than 50% participation then those whom turn in their cars it is done in vein. The public MUST see a HUGE turn out to make a lasting impression. I will be the first to turn in my car
