Not even aware ther was a street renamed for him, where is it? I suspect that WHAS paid for the sign, but ... it would be interested to find out. But the renaming was illegal, by the City's own rules, because they only renamed part of a contiguous street. (Remember when they wanted to rename part of 22nd street to MLK? That violated three separate rules - and it finally failed.)
