sorry, I was a little tired when I wrote that post, but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I know that traffic officers do more than write tickets. They also take accident reports when they are not writting tickets. At least the ones in the divisions do. But TICKETS are the main stat maker for them. They get to stay in traffic by writting tickets not giving warnings. Look at who is up there and how they write a book or more a day.
