My point is everyone survives on us writing tickets. The revenue produced would be cut dramatically (as you will see) as others I issue verbal warnings. The best part of my job is discretion!

PS-I am not goin to lie-i enjoyed going to court for the pay but also I was tired of seeing a guy charged with RD amended to improper equipment and then I stop him again for reckless driving and they want to make him plea to now defective equipment? When I appeared I recomended the guy take traffic school and plea to careless driving. That was my part in this whole dillema.
