I wasn't trying to say ALL east end cops (maybe I phrased it wrong saying "the ones in the east end"), and I'm well aware there are lazy cops that hide in every division. But I used to live further east than I do now and there was a particular Thorntons that had 3 or more cops there at a time, for extremely extended periods of time (yes, I am talking HOURS)..
