As the son of a retired LEO and a Soldier, I know all to well that the loss or injury of one of your brothers/sisters is hard to deal with and even harder to understand. To the families of the officers that were shot I extend my deepest sympathy and pray that the men who did this are brought to justice to full extent of the law. I would also like to leave the families with this: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose."
