I have a question. In the WHAS 11 story it was pointed out that Dep. Mayor Bill Summers got his son AJ Summers and the son of one of his business partners jobs at the VERY corrupt Louisville Housing Authority. The Metro Ethics Commision (who I assume are appointed by Jerry) saw nothing wrong with the fact that these two positions did not exist prior to being filled by these two fellas. They weren't posted as open to anyone else when they were created and filled by AJ and the other guys son at $64,000
