I moved out to Bullitt County and it was the best decision ever. The schools are sooo much better. Face it JCP schools are not very good unless you can get into Male, Manual or Butler. As far as the law in Ky, it says an officer may live anywhere they want as long as it is 25 miles from the courthouse as a crow flies. The law does not state which court house so it can be 25 miles from any of the courthouses in Jefferson County (Outer Loop, Dixie Hwy etc) I know this due to pre merger days (oh how
