I'd be curious though, why live out of county? Schools, what? I know folks that moved out of Jefferson County to "avoid bussing" - but discovered that their kids STILL had to ride a bus, must longer, and had no options as to alternative schools. One moved to Oldham during the boom and had kids sitting in cold portable classrooms.
