That's if you can get your Division commander to approve it. I've been told that O.T. will not be approved for anything like what you discribe. Late runs, sure, but if you try the whole stranded motorist thing..... they won't pay. They still are under the mindset that stopping for strandeds is part of the "privlidge" of having a take home car.
