Honestly, they can pretty much ignore emails. I doubt most of them even read them. Write a real letter, on real paper, put it in a real envelope and put a real stamp on it. Mail it to their office, and to their homes. Have your spouse write a similar letter, explaining how their officer loved one has missed out on many events, been late to things, because they stopped and helped someone.
