I think the real issue is not the amount but that it is imposed on us without negotiation or a term limit. The Chief can raise it every month, get some quick cash and in the end we will have to park the cars due to the high cost-which is what they may want anyway. When we voted on our contract we knew coming out of it what we would make, budgeted our bills and planned for the next year-then we got hit with the first fee. Remember, this is money from our take-home pay for a benefit/privelege we already
