So you want to reap what rewards you like but shun the parts you don't? You like the security of having that car down the street from your home but don't think about other places. What about that car parked next to yours at the mall or at the grocery store? Or how about in the parking lot of your kids school to which that cop also happens to be a parent? Or stopped beside you at a red light when you see an unsavory character standing on the corner that makes you nervous? Look at the big picture, please.

We actually suggested that the use of the take home cars be restricted, until things got better with the economy. We were told that restricting the use of the cars would only save money. It was said that the City needed to make money, and that is why the fees were being raised to 100/160. Call me crazy, but it sounded like a good idea to me. Restrict the use of the cars, save money, and yet still reap the benefits of having the cars in the neighborhoods.

The citizens of Louisville could all be robbed, burglarized, assaulted, murdered, etc. . . . . . .and you think mayor ja cares about that, cares about us? I don't think so! Looks to me like all he cares about is SELF! Lining his pockets and financially breaking this city trying to make Louisville something it isn't, another NY or Las Vegas! He doesn't deserve the title of Mayor. He's been mayor too long, I think it's gone to his head! As for this citizen, I'm ready to see him outta here!
