How much money has the city been saving these past couple of months since the cost of gas has gone down? Maybe the city should see how much of the gas savings can be applied to there debt! For the record I say stand up with your FOP and park the cars and see what that does to stats and response times. Sorry I forgot the mayor doesn't care about crime stats he makes them lower ever year.
