Louisville firefighters union sues over incentive pay

Here we go again with all the parkem posts. We have voted and now will follow the reccomendation of our lodge. Have all the people in this community gone blind to the plight of this mayor? I mean seriously, going to the court of appeals to win and charge the men and women of this department? What about the new damage from vandals at Otter Creek Park. Did none of you pick up on that litttle crumpet of news worthy reporting yesterday? His dishonorable, in his infinite wisdom, closed a park to save money. He then stated in a public forum he could virtually gaurantee the safe keeping of this park by having it patrolled by officers. Then, he forgot to ask anyone in the law enforcement community to patrol. Put up a big gate, big pad lock, not give the key to police...........What do you think happened? Yep! Broken windows at a building and damage to the water park. ALREADY! This guy is absolutely priceless with his lies. Grow up big city. A time for change is at hand.
