Louisville firefighters union sues over incentive pay

The only reason they were paying officers correctly is because we have a watchdog in Richmond making sure of it. Apparently, the firefighters don't have that. (But in their defense, much as it gags me to do it, the state (Labor Cabinet) told them that WAS the correct way to pay them. The problem was sticking blindly to that method when they were told otherwise.

The city sure is spending a lot of time in court lately. I bet Jerry is wondering "Why is everybody pickin' on me?"
