2nd Judge Denies City's Request In Take-Home Car Controversy

I am sure there is but who has it is the question. An officer of mine went to Galls to get some gear and he had to leave due to the long line of officers, Lts and a major in line to get new hats so they can go and look good. My question is, When we went and did this for Bush 4 yrs ago we sent a major, Lt, a couple of Sgts and then Officers. Now we are sending atleast one lt. col., 3 majors, a handfull of lts then officers. Please tell me what all this brass is going to do there besides act like they know something and shake hands with anyone they can so they look important? I really like the press conference yesterday and how they concentrated on the black officers or co's that are going. Nothing like a chief who is fair and honest about his prejedices.
