What have you got against people that "broker" off duty jobs? I think it is great. First off I run two gigs and don't keep a dime for scheduling or anything else. When i work i work for exactly the same pay as the guys that work with me. No, I don't like the way some guys charge a company $35.00 and hour and pay the Officers $25.00 and put 10 bucks and hour in their pocket for scheduling.
