2nd Judge Denies City's Request In Take-Home Car Controversy

How is that the city just spent money for the Center City Project and yet just this weekend it was announced to employees of Lucky Strike, at 4th Street Live, that they haven't made enough money to stay open? That's right. We have so many people coming to visit our bars and restaurants downtown that we must have more built immediatley! Forget the FACT that the ones we already have don't have enough customers to stay open. I assume jerry and his old cronies's investments in these places have already yielded a profit and he no longer cares if they survive. This must be what we have to look forward to with Center City in a few years.
