2nd Judge Denies City's Request In Take-Home Car Controversy

I might be wrong on this, but isn't cordish out of Baltimore? I know they did one of the "entertainment" districts out there by the bay. Boy wouldn't this be great. The mayor get federally arrested, all the deals with cordish come to ligth as under the table so metro tosses them out of town and takes back what jerry screwed the citizens out of. Dreams do come true. At least in federal prison jerry would be able to find someone to care for him in his own special way.
