hell, they are moving PSU to teh west end so it is easier for the residence of that area to make a complaint against the police. Maybe they will move CACU to that area also. what a crock of BS this admin is giving us. The chief is showing how he wants things done. He cares only about the west end and his "people". He is showing it on who he is sending to the inaugeration, any African American officer that put in to go was automatically approved no matter who it was. For those caucasion officers it was very limited. Nice to know how your boss truely feels about you.

The only feasable plan they have is that they got a good deal on a double-wide TRAILER that's gonna be put in the rear lot of 416 N. 29th street!
